Are your sarees and fabrics authentic Banarasi handloom?
Yes, we specialize in authentic hand-woven products. Each piece is crafted by skilled artisans using traditional techniques, ensuring the highest quality of silk and zari work.
How long does shipping take within India and internationally?
Domestic orders are typically delivered within 5-7 business days. International shipping usually takes 10-15 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that customized products, such as those with attached falls or picot, are not eligible for return.
Do you offer blouse stitching and saree finishing services?
Yes, we provide value-added services including fall/edging (picot) and custom blouse stitching. You can select these options on the product page before adding the item to your cart.
How should I care for my silk garments?
To maintain the longevity of your silk products, we strictly recommend dry cleaning only. Store them in a cool, dry place wrapped in a muslin cloth to prevent the zari from darkening.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, Net Banking, and popular mobile wallets. For domestic orders within India, Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available.
